As you approach, you`ll notice the well-maintained front yard with a large, shading tree, neatly trimmed hedges, and a concrete driveway leading to a spacious garage with a stylish white door.

The inviting entrance features a central front door adorned with a decorative glass panel, flanked by two large windows that fill the interior with natural light. The dark-colored roof is in excellent condition, adding to the overall curb appeal of this delightful property.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

Hot tub rules:
1. No foreign objects: Please do not bring food, drinks, soaps, bath products, or any other foreign items into the hot tub. These can clog the filter and damage the equipment.
2. Respectful use: The hot tub is for relaxation only. Any inappropriate or unsanitary use is strictly prohibited, as it creates significant hygiene and maintenance issues.
3. Clean attire required: Please wear proper swimwear and shower before entering the hot tub to maintain water quality.
*** A $250 cleaning and maintenance fee will be charged for any misuse that results in contamination, excessive debris, or damage to the hot tub system.
