'The property was clean and well stocked. There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived but it was quickly handled by the owner who was easy to reach and responded to our questions immediately.'

'It is old. Drapes are stained and worn out. Listed as 1 bedroom when it wasn't. When listing as 1 bedroom it has to have a closet, by federal law. "Bedroom" had no closet, just rack to hang cloths. The 2 chest of drawers in room were full of blankets and pillows. No place to unpack. Had to use suitcase for night stand on one side. Had to get out of bed to turn off light. Picture on line showed unit on ground floor. That is why i booked it. I am disabled and stairs are very hard. We...

'Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. '

'Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!'

'The keys are in a lockbox with a code and the host gave instructions. The lockbox did not unlock per those instructions. There is no service or WiFi in the location when you get there. It was also cold and dark. We had to drive to a restaurant and try to connect to their WiFi to contact the host. Hot water lasts for 5 minutes. It’s dog friendly but no areas for dogs to walk. Practically everything has a sign saying “do not walk your dog here” Streaming services in the room were not logged...
