Pros:
I didn't hear any train noise (but we love trains no complaints from our family about trains) it was clean, quiet, good A/C, good heater, great hot and cold running water, great water pressure. You get to park in your own space by your own trailer or cabin. My daughter liked the loft and we opened all the windows and kept them open all day and night. We like fresh air as much as possible.
Cons:
No Recycling, they don't recycle at all, ANYWHERE and nobody cares. You would think with them being in the outdoors that they would actually care about the environment, but no.
The property doesn't do any activities.But they have the facilities to do them. A nature walk would be nice or even Yoga. But, I guess drinking and cornhole is considered an activity to them. That's one thing I really noticed, lots of people drinking a lot and doing laps driving little vehicles. Like that was the “thing” to do I guess.
It was very pricey for what you get.
People smiled and said hi, but I'm sure it's because I'm white. And I say that because everyone is white. I'm not surprised this company has places in Utah, it felt like Utah except the alchol consumption. We are just used to a more diverse environment.
It was a good try for a one-time thing. But I don't see us ever going back.
