'This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. There’s and additional dining area and very large terrace. It was perfect for my visit! I look forward to coming again!'

'The appartment is perfect for a skitrip. It is clean, comfortable and warm. The appartment is a short walk from the Super Morzine skilift and the village. An extra bonus is the view on downtown Morzine and the spacious balconny where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. Philip is a very responsive and helpfull host!'

'Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille dans un superbe appartement, avec toutes les commodités et un confort méritant un 5 étoiles. Accueil génial à 15h avant l'arrivée de tout le monde sur la station.. Petits présents par la propriétaire qui fait très plaisir.. Literie nickel.. "`Great staff at reception and at breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Large room and bathroom. Plenty and secure parking availability. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a very good grill restaurant within close walking distance. In short: Perfect hotel for an overnight stay whilst on trip through France."
