We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season. 'We were a family with 3 grown boys and a grandmother. The house was perfect! It was as the boys called it “showroom ready”,but still very comfortable. We checked in easily and the boys loved the big backyard for volley ball and blitz ball. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided a cot, which was not needed in our case but nice for an option. The master bath was very spacious. The tub had a bit of a drainage issue but it wasn’t terrible and the toilet handle needed to be held...

'House was clean, well lit and equipped. Great fenced in backyard. Booked this one as a pet friendly property. Change in plans made it unnecessary to bring our dog but it would have been perfect had we brought him. Furnishings were clean and uncluttered. Woukd stay here again.'

'Very cute, clean, and perfectly situated cottage very close to all the restaurants etc. that High Springs has to offer. We especially enjoyed the back porch, cozy den, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we wished had been different was if the backyard had been fully fenced. That said, we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.'
