« There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him. »

« First off the good: ...the place is beautiful. The rooms are luxurious. We had a 3rd floor room and the stunningly high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows gave a great show during an intense thunder storm. There are train tracks right outside the window that slow moving trains regularly pass but (not loud but you hear them at night). It says parking is $25 dollars but that to valet and you can choose to self park right outside the hotel in the valet lot The less than...

« Room was comfortable enough and clean. Neighbors were loud and woke us up several times. Check-in was a nightmare. Took 25 minutes (when we were already in a rush to get ready for a wedding) and the “manager” on duty was on the phone with someone else the whole time (seemingly to figure out how to check us in). We were also charged a $100 deposit that we were not expecting »

« The room was just remodeled so that was ok. The amenities are what upset me. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Its like it was made in the microwave. The pool has way too much chlorine which made my eyes burn after 10 minutes of being in the room. The dining area chairs were all ripped. The biggest issue is its located in the back of a liquor store which seems to be thw hangout spot for alot of people. »

« We arrived at Country Inn and for 2nights were please in general, by the beautiful hall! Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help!
