'From the moment we entered the property, we felt like we had stepped into a different world. The beautiful structure of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and how wonderfully maintained everything was made the entire place feel so welcoming and enchanting. Mr Colonel Mark was an excellent host! He recommended a wonderful place for us to have dinner, and the breakfast he prepared the next morning was absolutely incredible. WiFi was gewoon slecht. Erg langzaam en het viel steeds uit. De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk.'

'Great proximity to UGA'

'One of the most beautiful hotel rooms I’ve ever spent the night in! Loved the high ceilings, blackout curtains and ample lighting. There is a train that occasionally runs close to the hotel, but the sound machine and earplugs included in the room helped to provide a peaceful rest! Staff was very kind, from the front desk to the restaurant. Will definitely return!'

'Great people friendly staff'

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was great with many options for grab and go. I would highly recommend Wingate Athens.'

'The first night they shut the access to the motel at 8 o'clock. They were paving the main street in front of it. They did not warn you about it when I checked in and I didn't know how to come in the back by..'
