Je n'ai pas pu partir à Belfast. Je suis resté bloqué à l'aéroport car nous n'avio's pas de passeport pour nos enfants uniquement des cartes d'identité. J'ai appelé l'hôtel qui refuse de nous rembourser ne serait-ce qu'une partie de notre voyage (même pas le petit déjeuner) c'est scandaleux !!!!!

Sans âme, dommage!
Très déçu par rapport aux autres AC (Madrid et Bologne) pour la qualité de l'accueil, du service, et de la restauration. Stationnement compliqué. Pas de lounge à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Uniquement bière sous la pluie, sur la terrasse. Dîner pour les résidents impossible car les places, sont prises par des gens de l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Présence de gens alcoolisés dans le hall d'entrée et dans le couloir. Chambre correcte et sdb moderne et fonctionnelle. Bonne insonorisation sauf quand les voisins hurlent dans les couloirs! Bonne connexion WiFi.

Good morning Elena, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of welcome, service and catering during your stay at the hotel, our aim is to provide all of our guests with the best experience possible, with regards to parking the hotel currently has a small car park situate right beside it which holds roughly around 60 cars for our guests free of charge which we advise all our guests at check in I apologise if this was not advised, with regards to our restaurant our current law states that food must be purchased with all alcoholic beverages if you wish to drink in doors this has resulted in a number of our residents booking into the restaurant and enjoying an evening meal in order to be able to purchase an alcoholic beverage. I would also like to apologise about the level of noise that you have experienced during your stay this is something that we in the hotel do not wish for any of guests to have to experience and try our up most best to control of situations when this may occur, however I am glad that you enjoyed your room and the use of our complimentary WiFi. I do hope this does not stop you from returning to the hotel in the future. Kind Regards Barbara

Overall a very good hotel in a great place. Bed, bathroom and room facilities in general were excellent Noticed that dogs were allowed in the hotel. That's fine until they begin barking at 2.30 in the morning and continue until 3.00am

The breakfast was a bit dull and boring. About the same you would get at a premier inn. We didn’t see a single member of staff smile the whole time we were there.

Great Hotel
Great hotel with a great location. Large NCP car park opposite. Only downside for me was only basic tv available. Couldnt find a way to connect to netflix or prime. Wouldnt prevent me from staying again.
