'We like it a lot. It very clean, quite and the owner was very responsible and helpful. It's in a very nice neighborhood and the house and the room are perfect. The only drawback is that it's a bit too pricy for us. Also as it's in Richmond rather than Vancouver, it's a bit far from the places where there are lots of tourist attractions. However, if you drive then it won't be a problem for you.'

'We stayed in the one bedroom basement unit with the kitchen and washer and dryer and living room etc. It was very nice. The lighting was a little dark especially in the bathroom and there were only a couple of glasses and two coffee mugs. Our friends stayed in the main house in a one bedroom unit and we were going to have them down for coffee but we couldn’t serve them. As it turned out the host had made coffee for them so we went and joined them. Sam and Lilly were very helpful and very lovely....

'The host was adamant that we remove our shoes in the foyer but the floors in the rented room were filthy. My feet were Black shortly after getting out of the shower. The mattress and pillows were almost impossible to sleep on. The whole place just had a weird vibe about it'

'Very lovely neighborhood and hosts. The environment is quiet and located in a residential area, which makes it safe to stay in for most solo travelers. The room and bathroom (and overall house) was exceptionally clean and pleasantly scented. Hosts were very helpful and kind, and also good with communication. Both hosts also offer uber services, so that’s a plus for needing transportation to the station or the mall (if you didn’t come with a vehicle). Overall experience 10/10 and I would...

'This Guest House is absolutely charming. The neighborhood is wonderful and so very accessible to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are located. I loved the freedom of coming and going whenever I liked using their access method and found the Host to be very responsive via text communications. I have family in the vicinity, so this will likely be my home away from home when I come visit again.'
