'The hotel is modernized and has all the facilities that are needed for a good stay. It is too far to walk to the city center but all the needs are in the hotel so no need to leave the property. We enjoyed Lamego during a week of festivities which was recommended by the hotel and was much fun!'

'het hotel was moeilijk te vinden met onze GPS, maar wij werden heel goed geholpen door mensen van de streek.Bij aankomst werden wij heel vriendelijk ontvangen, en ook gedurende ons kort verblijf ( 3 dagen ) kregen wij van de patron veel uitleg over de streek en de bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en het dinner was fantastisch. Echt een aanrader.'

'This is likely one of the most unique places I’ve stayed. There was a hot tub in room that was a bit loud while heating up but a funky thing to do while you watched tv, the room is cut into the rock and called the cave. My husband enjoyed the steam shower feature the most. Many stairs to get to room. The staff were so welcoming with a welcome drink and departing gift.
