« The cabin decor was cute, overall. We appreciated having Netflix! Property was generally clean (besides some dead insects in the windows) and dust. Checkout time on the Vrbo listing was different compared to what was requested on the house rules inside the cabin. There is also a fridge so we did not need to bring our large ice chest. Personally would not recommend the location for guests with younger children, as the privacy was nonexistent and there was not an area to safely play in the...

« Cabin was GREAT!! Exactly as described. The porch is wonderful and relaxing! Furniture (inside & out) is comfortable. The owners were very communicative before & during our stay. A line of bad weather came through one afternoon and the owners reached to make sure we knew a head of time and were prepared. Will rent again if ever in Heber Springs area!! »

« The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a group of 10 who stayed here comfortably. The river is beautiful. There was construction on the property right now, as they are working on building an access/dock to the river which will add another bonus to the property. The host was very responsive and helpful. « This cabin was a beautiful place and offered great entertainment with the game room and outdoor hangout area. There was plenty of room for everyone and if you read the story about how the cabin was started and how it was a local hangout spot, you would agree that it still serves the purpose the original owner built it for. To entertain and bring people together for quality time and fun. »
