« Wonderful spot for our summer vacation! We loved rowing on the lake and hanging out by the campfire. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the many gathering spaces were beautiful and large enough for us to be together. We loved it here. »

« Great location while visiting our family. The cabin has a great kitchen with everything we needed. It was clean with comfortable beds. We brought an extra fan with us. Host was quickly responsive when we had questions. »

« We had an awesome family trip in the Manistee area at this cabin! Their cabin is very clean, and has nice modern upgrades alongside lots of woodwork.and neat decor. It's very relaxing nestled in the woods. My kids really loved time around the camp fire. »

« My friends and I decided to have a mini staycation. I found this spot last minute and was so excited to enjoy the beautiful property. Check in was so easy and Renee was very kind and helpful. We had our dogs with us and they loved playing in the river. Just beware the current is strong. We had them on leashes at all times to make sure they didn’t float away. The bonfire area was perfect, right by the river where you can hear the water and see fireflies all around you! The beds were very clean...

« I booked a short stay, spur of the moment, and Peter was very kind and accommodating. He made the whole process extremely easy. The cottage is great! It sits right on Lower Herring Lake, so I had terrific views and complete lake access. The cabin is nicely appointed and has a spacious living room, and a very comfortable, cozy bedroom. The kitchen contains everything you need for your stay and the washer and dryer on the back indoor porch is an added bonus. I will be back! »

« Relaxation and fishing close to Manistee. My husband was thrilled about driving down a two-track (long drive way) to the cabin/house. (It was wider and mowed so not actually a two-track) Celebrating my bday! End ofJuly. Comfortable, open space(s) everywhere! I found all my comforts from home inside & outside.
