"Most of the staff were great, room was a bit small and the extra bed (couch) was really to hard ro sleep on. So we booked an extra room dor our son. His room was quite cool, not like our room. Our room was warm and humid. We asked if they could put on th airco instead of the ventilator modus. The guy at the desk told us that he could not change that and that there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. And we couldn't get another cooler room. So we didn't sleep well at all. Too warm even with window open (much noise from outside) and the ventilator on 10 degress Celcius. Didn't help at all. But diner and breakfast were very good, even for a vegan like me ❤️"

"We cannot sleep because the room was extremely warm. The staff said the air conditioning cannot be turned on. The staff refused to open the car garage for us to drop the luggage because it was fully booked . Expected us to carry bags and luggage to walk with kids ? But then we found out there were parking lots available for just dropping off the stuff. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. The facilities are good . The room was very clean. Also great location. Most of the staff were friendly."
