'The staff, especially the receptionist was the best part of staying at this hotel. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to accommodate guests requests and was the reason I would stay there again. The property on the whole was kind of very homely and was a delightful place. The backyard and the patio were not business like and reminded me of a very nice small town private house. The mango and avocado trees gave the place a natural and serene look and one could relax in the backyard...

'Super leuk hotel, leuke locatie en hoewel basic en kleine kamers was alles verder top! Basic ontbijt, maar gewoon goed! West Brickell is een erg leuke omgeving. Aanrader. Parkeren zou wel wat goedkoper mogen, maar Hey het is Miami. '

'Check In was very messy… traveled a lot and never seen this. Lots of people waiting. Pool was closed and none of the staff knew why or when it would open. We were there for 5 nights, didn’t open in that time. Noise from the outside, clean sheets with a whole on the top,… small but disapointing things. Don’t know how this hotel gets such good score. Trust me, I am easy to satisfy and the hotel wasn’t hell but it wasn’t for sure excellent either… Good breakfast though and the restaurant...

'The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. Luckily, 3 young men came out, looked at our paperwork & let us in the building. It is an older building & there is little to no soundproofing. Unless you are a sound sleeper or sleep w/the TV on you may want to bring earplugs. As stated in...

'De accomodatie was ruim, schoon en gezellig ingericht. Ook was er voldoende basis goederen aanwezig zoals afwas middel, vaatwasmachine zeep. Er was altijd een mogelijkheid om extra koffie,thee, toiletpapier, keukenrol, vuilniszakken te halen. Daarnaast was er in de keuken ook zout, peper en olie beschikbaar. Het enige wat beter kan is bij langere verblijf ( wij verbleven er 6 dagen) meer (kleine)handdoeken beschikbaar stellen! Het contact verliep per text bericht en verliep snel!'

'Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also...

'This hotel is situated outside the hussle and bussle of Brickell, but still very much within walking distance. There is a nice walkpatch across the street. A convenient super market is nearby for your grocery shopping. The hotel offers breakfast, but there is also a cafe next door with more variety and choices.
