Moderne, efficace mais sans charme particulier
Etablissement tout à fait conforme à ce qu'on peut en attendre. Moderne et efficace. Personnel accueillant et volontaire. Petit dej bien founi et un petit + café avec moulin à grains. Donc un plus assurément. Rien n'a redire de ce point de vue. Satisfaisant par conséquent. En revanche il ne conviendra pas forcément à tout le monde. C'est une chaine, donc modèle décliné à l'envie, que vous soyez à Bath, Londres, New York ou Singapoure, le mobilier et décords sont le fruit de l'homogénéisaton donc vous ne trouverez ici aucune "english touch"...

Très bonne expérience
Hôtel neuf en plein centre ville de Bath. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour tout visiter a pied. Les chambres sont d'une bonne taille, tout confort, très propre. Le petit déjeuner est garni pas de souci. Seul point a relever l'hôtel ne possède pas de parking mais un parking payant est à 3minutes a pied.

We had a wonderful time, staying for four nights. We arrived to check in and were greeted so warmly that we instantly felt at home. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complementary breakfast was very good and given that the hotel was super busy, it was a thing of wonder that the kitchen and serving staff were able to keep all the options topped up and the tables quickly cleared and cleaned and ready for the next breakfasters! We found it to be quite a jolly affair. Our room was internal facing so no view but super quiet. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, although some extra drawers would have been useful to unpack a few more things from suitcases. The hotel is in a good location and everywhere was easy to walk. It was also easy to walk to and from the bus and train stations - it's possible to visit the city of Wells by bus if you don't have a car. All in all, a very enjoyable stay that exceeded our expectations.

Really nice hotel. Easy to find and maneuver. Staff incredibly kind and welcoming. Held my bags for a few hours after check-out until I needed to catch my train. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Spacious room and very nice amenities in the room. Recommended and would stay again.

very nice hotel, well positioned, 1 lift out of action both nights of stay, breakfast time extremely busy and in reception area with guests checking in and out with guests moving backwards and forwards with food. Breakfast was ok but limited, no bacon, scrambled eggs only no tomatoes just baked beans. 2 waffle makers for guest to use, busy messy ( unnecessary).

very nice location, right in the city centre. You can literally walk to everywhere you need cuz it's so close. nice room. only thing is that check-in takes longer than I expected.
