This lovely home is spread over three floors, offering a perfect blend of comfort, space, and modern style — ideal for families, couples, or friends visiting Bath.

Ground Floor
The open-plan ground floor features a bright kitchen, living, and dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
Guests will find milk, coffee, and a selection of teas ready on arrival, along with cooking essentials such as spices, oil, vinegar, and cleaning products.

In the living area, there’s a three-seater sofa, a cosy snug sofa, and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day exploring Bath.
The dining area comfortably seats four, and there’s also a charming reading corner for a quiet moment with a book.

From the kitchen, doors open to a private garden with an outdoor dining set — perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

First Floor
On the first floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, alongside the family bathroom which features a large bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and a built-in wardrobe for convenient storage.

Top Floor
The second bedroom occupies the top floor and includes an en-suite bathroom with a bath (with handheld shower), sink, and toilet.
This bedroom has a super-king zip-and-link bed, which is normally set up as two single beds.
Please note: if you would prefer it made up as a super-king, please notify us at least 48 hours before arrival.
Changes cannot be made for same-day bookings.

The Art House is located in a quiet residential area nestled between the River Avon and the Kennet and Avon Canal, within just a few minutes` walk of the bustling historic city centre. The property is just 10 minutes` walk from Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths in one direction and Bath Spa train and bus stations in another direction.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, NOISE MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM AFTER 10PM.
