The apartment is located in a peaceful, family-friendly part of Båstad, surrounded by cozy homes, newly built buildings, and lots of nature. Enjoy quiet walks or bike rides around the apartment and the green surroundings. The area is perfect for those who love being close to nature but want to be in the comfort of a modern home. You’re just 5 minutes by car from grocery stores and local shops, and only 12 minutes by car (or 20 by bike) from Båstad Port—the charming heart of the village.



Getting Around:

You can easily get around by car or bike, and free parking is available at the home. The area is also great for short walks. Public transportation is available, but the nearest bus stop is about 1.4 km away—a 20-minute walk from the home.



Other Things to Note:

We provide bed linens and one hand towel per bathroom. Please note that bath towels are not included, so kindly bring your own.



For the comfort of our guests and neighbors, a Minut noise monitoring device is installed in the living room/kitchen. The device only measures noise levels (decibels) and does not record or transmit audio or conversations.

If excessive noise is detected, we will contact you and kindly ask that the noise level be reduced. If the disturbance continues after a warning, a security company may be called to the property, and the guest will be responsible for the resulting call-out cost.
