Une horde de collégiens (apparemment sans grand contrôle) a semé la panique le premier soir et le lendemain matin et on entendait tous les bruits venant de la chambre au dessus de la nôtre (pas, eau). »

« I gave the staff a 1 only because I was waiting for the elevator. When it arrived, a staff member was in it with a large bin of dirty laundry. She was on her phone. She saw I was waiting and she continued texting on her phone for at least 30 seconds not getting out of the elevator and blocking it from anyone getting in. Another staff member that was in the hall with me said something to her and she just made a nasty comment. I found that very rude. I wasn’t in a hurry but I also don’t appreciate...

« Location was perfect unfortunately a group of under age kids started to play ding- dong- ditch at 11pm at night. It was nasty! A lot of us had to complain that the children where left alone at the hotel while parents went out to party .. »
