'I have stayed in this property three times because of its proximity to the Gas South Arena. The first two times, we felt welcomed and were offered the customary fee water bottles for bonvoy members. Unfortunately, this will be my last because of the staff at the front desk. I had to interact with two rude male staff members who were not very welcoming and had a bad attitude. 'Water was not hot Shower always had standing water when you used it. Water was not hot stove did not get hot. Toilet required multiple flushes to flush everything Dishwasher barely wash dishes We required trash pick up and they said leave it in the hallway and it stayed there for multiple days without getting picked up We brought dirty towels to the front desk and expected to exchange them But the front desk lady said don’t bring them to the desk anymore. She said, leave them at the door. We do...

'Breakfast was not included in the room cost. It was typical low tier hotel breakfast that would not be worth purchasing. All drains in the room were clogged. Hotel hallway and room smelled like weed the whole time because someone kept smoking. Nearby guests were screaming in the hall and slamming doors until after 2am. Hilton garden inn is no longer the place to stay.'
