'The gentleman working reception was so sweet, the young lady working at the restaurant was awesome and so kind to my daughter. The hotel was so clean. The room was perfect. The pool, spa and sauna was amazing. Awesome water machine next to ice machine. We will definitely be back as we travel to Hamilton often.

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...
