'The place is full of cobwebs, shower drain was slow enough that the tub was filling up slowly, and the chair in the front room is broken with the seat portion sitting in the floor. The heat was all or nothing, but it’s a very old building and only so much you can do about that. I won’t hold it against you too much. '

'Propert was very nice, room was clean, check-in was easy. We were there in late June and it was in the mid 80’s during the day, this condo does not have AC, and is really close to I-70. It was too hot too sleep with the windows closed, and too noisy to sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if it was cooler weather.'

'The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

'We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! Highly recommended!'
