'The room just wasn’t cosy, the sofa is a pull out bed and it isnt cosy to enjoy sitting in and all felt very cramped. The furniture is dirty, the piece of art next to the TV was wonky and broken, the windows let a lot of cold air inside so it didnt feel warm and safe. We were also locked in the building one evening because someone fully locked the door with the main lock. Thank goodness there was not a fire, we would have been stuck if this was the case.
