We chose this hotel because it's was the only left accepting dogs. The room we got was not great. When we opened the door there was a smell of humidity, the carpet was very stained and so was the couch. I don't know if they give this room only when you show up with a dog or what but we weren't impressed at at. The free breakfast though was good. It had all the classic hot breakfast of a hotel. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, cereal....

Endroit bien placé autant pour l'accès aux autoroutes que pour la ville. Staff très sympathique. La chambre était vétuste, la peinture des murs écaille avec des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les oreillers sont vieux et inconfortables.

On a bien dormi pour le prix, mais je trouve que l’état des chambres commencent à faire pitié… mur craqué, bcp de trous, meubles abîmés…. Le service était très bien, l’emplacement était parfaite. Le déjeuner fournis, en temps de covid : barre tendre, jus en boîte et salade de fruit en pot. On a été un peu déçu disons mais ça faisait des collations parfaites pour nos enfants!!

Accueil moyen, les chariots à bagage était tous tout sur flat tire c'était ridicule, le réceptionniste qui nous dit qu'ils vont arranger ca le lendemain comme si on se rendait pas compte que ca fait longtemps que cela n'a pas été arrangé pour que les trois chariots soit comme ca. Les information sur ce qui était disponible ou non en raison du covid n'étaient pas claire et ils cachent la nourriture du déjeuner en arrière dans une pièce pour ne pas qu'on puisse choisir et après nous demande ce qu'on veux avoir comme si on savait ce qui est caché pour pouvoir le demander. C'était correct coté propreté et chambre mais c'était franchement désagréable comme endroit.

The plug for the bathtub did not work. My wife prefers a bath to a shower. No music available in room , radio or on the TV. Elevator needs some upgrades....very slow.

My room was not cleaned properly when I arrived. There was an empty pizza box on the floor in the bathroom and a dirty face cloth on the chair by the desk. The bathroom counter was not very clean. The chair at the desk was completely broken - I was unable to change the configuration so that the chair was usable.

Key cards kept failing. We were on top floor, at the very end of the hall, so coming back from shopping or whatever, I always had to go all the way back to the desk to get them fixed. Once is bad, 3 times in 3 days is annoying.
