'The Cowdry Cottage was perfect for our stay. Loved sitting in the porch and looking at the lake. Perfect napping spot. I took the canoe out fishing. So fun. Caught a lot of sunfish. The Hut would have been perfect if we would have friends stay. It is so fresh and quaint, quiet spot. Overall would recommend to future guests. Had everything that we needed. '

'The place is very clean, the manager very responsive to any questions, always available. It was a little pricey for what you get. Bathroom and shower small. Nice location, close to town. The view is beautiful and have lots of seating outside. The only bad thing is they have awful fragrance diffusers plugged in. The smell gave me a headache! Please refrain from using these, they give off toxins, full of synthetic fragrances. Maybe use something like fresh wave instead, a non toxic air...

'Loved this property and plan to return again. It is perfectly appointed with everything you need. It looks small but it has nooks, hooks and baskets to put away all your things. The screen porch is wonderful. Swimming and boating right from the property and the lake is very clear. The host was very responsive to needs and concerns.'

'Awesome sandy- kid friendly shallow beach. 2 year old grandson absolutely loved the sandbox at the beach! Nice and spacious kitchen- living room area! One thing- would be nice to have more than one bathroom but we made it work! The whole family truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere backyard and lake! We are already talking about going back next summer!'

'We had a group of 8 for a weekend retreat and the house was great. Pleanty of rooms with 3 full bathrooms to make it comfortable for all. A quick drive to town and so very close to the winery and brewery. Everything we needed was in the house and it made for a very relaxing weekend. The host was also wonderful, great communication before and during the trip. Thank you for sharing your rental. '

'The house was perfect for our family - 11 people (toddlers - adults). Check-in was easy, and Jeremy responded quickly to all questions. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to make our meals (nice pots/pans and utensils). The double oven was a bonus. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the large screen in the basement and comfy seating. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning not cooling the upstairs, but Jeremy had someone out right away...

The cabin is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Bethany responds to your questions promptly. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend staying here. 'Hands down, the best travel experience I have had to date! I used to spend summers at this lake at a resort, in a cabin. I was sad when that was sold off as private lots. I stumbled upon this and took a chance and it blew me away! The ease of working with the hosts and the cleanliness were both top notch, but the service…. Exceptional. We had two 12 year old boys and this is a trip they will never forget. The fishing was amazing and when I say we caught at least 100 fish, I’m being conservative....
