'The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking. There is a smell they are trying to pump through the lobby but it is...

'When I return to HHI, I will select a different hotel. Parking was limited. Room was not as clean as my wife would like. Bring your Lysol wipes. Too many dogs imo. Breakfast is crazy crowded because you enter space in a bottle neck. Two coffee machines(push button automatic) :( to serve too many people. Get your coffee in the lobby-much easier. Staff- they were present is about the best I can say.'
