Ideally located, very quiet, neat decoration, close to Ramblas, (7 minutes walking), Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Columbus Monument... with good public transportation and tourist circuit buses. It will be easy to go to any emblematic place such as the Sagrada Familia or any area of the city even walking. The apartment has night surveillance and security cameras. It is essential that one of the people staying is over 28 years old. The apartment has a cozy wooden floor and a large sofa and TV area with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In one bedroom there are two single beds, wardrobe, heat hob and ceiling fan for maximum comfort in summer. All rooms are exterior and have lots of natural light. . You can access with the elevator to the door of the apartment and outside there is a communal area with a garden that you can see from the terrace. There you can enjoy your breakfast or take a short break looking at the city in the background. You have shops and restaurants of all kinds a few minutes walk away and a large park on the same street as the apartment. Ideal for all types of stays. The building is quiet to guarantee rest at night and has night surveillance and security cameras so that you feel very cared for on your visit to my wonderful city. Parties are not allowed and I ask for correction in the stay so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbors.<br>In the apartment there is an excessive noise detector, there is no listening to conversations but the decibels of noise are measured to comply with the required regulations.<br>I'm sure that your stay for work, studies or long vacations will be great if you choose to come to my house.
