« Room a little hot, difficult to sleep but it was more than made up for by the great staff, excellent breakfast and great views from the beer garden »

« This is a wonderful, historic hotel on the river in Worcester, a 5 pound taxi ride from the Worcester New Shrub train station, and within walking distance to the city's cathedral and central shopping, dining area. The breakfasts couldn't be better, and the restaurant is top notch. My room had a separate living room facing the river with operable French doors and windows. »

« Breakfast was very good, but parking was a nightmare. Information said the railway station was open until 19.30 .. we went to look ... 18.00! There is nowhere to drop off bags etc. abd my eife uses a mobility scooter, so, we would not be able to get anything to eat in the evening. I had to carry our case from the railway station and dusmantlr the scotter and made several trips up stairs to store it in the very small room, then, carry it downstairs again to go out. « The room was incredibly spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bar and food choice was good. Breakfast consisted of a reasonable choice of continental options. Cooked breakfast was available for an additional charge and was nice but limited. »
