'The host Nino is the best! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcome and also took us to interesting places. He helped us book all our excursions, to Mount Ijen. He took us around town and we got to see places off the tourist path! He also cooks food with his family nearby, and was willing to feed us at any time! 'Base to see sights of Banyuwangi. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample. Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. '

'インターネットで予約をして支払いも完了し、予約番号が発行されてるのにインターネット予約は無効だと言われました。その間30分以上待たされました。別のホテルを新たに探して移動するのも大変だったので、現地でインターネット予約の3倍近くの金額を支払い宿泊しました。 清潔感は全くありません。サービスも最低です。アメニティグッズはボロボロのバスタオル1枚と小さな石鹸だけです。 スタッフは夕方には居なくなりWi-fiパスワードも聞けませんでした。 早朝から大音量でモスクの音が聞こえてきて、大雨が降っていましたが早々にチェックアウトしました。チェックアウトの時もスタッフは不在でした。 今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最悪です。 '
