« Clean and comfortable rooms! Tucked away from main road. A/C and heat worked great. Check in and check out was rough with low staff there as well as inexperienced staff left alone. Not enough towels in room for a 4 person stay (only 3 towels and no wash clothes), got the cold shoulder for asking for a couple more towels. Breakfast bar was cold or empty/not restocked/cleaned the 2 days we were there so be aware if that’s something you need in the am. »

« Hôtel dont nous avons séjourner 3 nuits, tout près de Memphis, proche de très nombreux restaurants et magasins, et de tout les attraits touristiques de Memphis (Graceland, centre-ville etc etc..) Utilisation de la salle d'entrainement, de la buanderie, de la piscine, L'état de l'hotel est impeccable, très très propre, le personnel est très accueillant et dynamique de bonne humeur. Le design des chambres est optimale, nombreux rangements, utilisation efficace et ingénieuses de tout l'espace...

« The afternoon desk staff was not friendly at all. However, the morning staff who also fixed the breakfast, was very pleasant. Property is rundown. Furniture in our room was broken and paint chipped off walls. The carpeting needed cleaning. »

« It wasn't made clear to me that there was no breakfast, nor was it pet-friendly! I checked out and checked into the Residence right across the lot. It cost me a little more but I didn't have much choice because I had 2 rooms and had to make sure my guest were comfortable with their stay. »
