'The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi.'

'Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.'
