Rugosa is a very well-presented three-bedroom bungalow located in the sought-after area of Emlagharan, Ballyconneely only a short distance from Dun Loughin beach a surfers delight.

The cottage is situated along the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland’s defined coastal touring route, which winds along one of the world’s most dramatic landscapes. This beautifully presented holiday home is only a short drive to Ballyconneely Village, Roundstone quaint fishing village, and Clifden the Capital of Connemara.



Situated only 2.9km from the Connemara Championship Golf Course and Aillebrack/Bunowen beach. Panoramic views of the 12 Ben Mountains and countryside. Ballyconneely Village is approximately an 8-minute drive from the house which offers a bar, restaurant, 2 local shops, a playground, and a church. Connemara Sands Boutique Hotel also offers gourmet dining along with a cocktail bar (which is a must!), you will also find a Spa offering a seaweed bath.



Dun Loughin beach is within easy walking distance from this holiday home offering beautiful walks along the beach and commonage where one can swim, surf, fish off the rocks or just relax and watch the world go by.

The main bathroom offers a shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail along with a washing machine and dryer machine.



The rear bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed sleeping up to 4 guests and has a free-standing wardrobe.



The front bedroom has 2 single beds sleeping up to 2 guests and a free-standing wardrobe.



The main bedroom has a double bed sleeping up to 2 guests and a double wardrobe. Ensuite room with shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail.
