The living area flows seamlessly out to the covered outdoor entertaining space, complete with plenty of seating and a BBQ overlooking the private heated pool — the perfect setting for long afternoons and relaxed evenings with family and friends. An outdoor shower is also available, ideal for rinsing off after a swim or beach day.



Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious master retreat featuring a king bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite. This level also includes a second living area with TV, two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate toilet, providing plenty of room for everyone to unwind.



Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, the private pool is heated year-round for added comfort, with temperatures maintained up to a maximum of 28°C depending on weather conditions and seasonal temperatures.
