'We were quite disappointed. No table. No chairs. No hooks or other storage. Stained duvet. “Couch” was pitiful. No instructions about TV. Husband fell and bruised his arm when chair on front deck collapsed (rotted wood). Sewer-like odor. Had to buy candles. '

'We have rented from VRBO for years and never stayed in a house so well equipped for guests. The owner was very responsive and left us a very thoughtful gift basket! There wasn't one thing we looked for that we couldn't find to make our stay perfect. Access to the beach was visible from the porch. The proximity to the grocery store was minutes away. The neighborhood was fantastic for a daytime walk toward the sound. I can't say enough great things about the property, location and owner!'
