Just outside Chartres, this charming farmhouse will ensure a memorable stay!

The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 13 people.

Formerly inhabited by the owners, it offers all the comforts for both children and adults.
This cottage has been completely renovated by Carole, the owner. The decor is modern and the materials are high-quality.

Around Domaine du Moulin, you can easily enjoy cycling and visit the village of Bailleau l'Evêque for its local shops. Upon entering the cottage, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a food processor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, American-style refrigerator, induction hob, espresso machine, coffee maker, and kettle.
This farmhouse features a beautiful living room with a wood-burning stove, where you can gather and share convivial moments. Finally, on the ground floor, you will find the "Le Jardin de Mat" bedroom, furnished with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), as well as a bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and a toilet.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms and a walk-in shower:

"La Vie en Rose," furnished with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm);
"La Terre d'Erwan," furnished with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm);

"La Petite Edith," furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).

On the landing, there is a relaxation area with a foosball table and various board games and arts and crafts activities for children, as well as a reading corner.

Outside, you can enjoy your private terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and parking spaces.

A large outdoor area shared by the owners and other guests completes this property. This outdoor space also includes a large communal swimming pool, heated and covered when needed (open from May to October), as well as a wellness area (spa and hammam - by reservation).

Pets are welcome.
A sauna and spa are available for private use at an additional cost (€300 for 2 nights). The rate is all-inclusive: heating, cleaning, linens, and towels. This accommodation is not certified for accessibility under the Tourism & Disability label. The owners will welcome you on-site to hand over the keys.
