'Pool was ice cold. Charged every night unauthorized on credit card for a prepaid hotel stay. When spoke to staff, they couldn’t figure it out until third attempt of complaining. Price is expensive for what you get in Windsor. For the two weeks we stayed could have went to Mexico all inclusive. Breakfast starts at 6am but all the food options do not come out until closer to 0700. So if you work at 0645 and are staying here don’t pay for breakfast here.'

'Room didn't have soap for the bathroom, which is fine by the way, but when I asked the front desk they were unable to assist so I had to go out and buy my own soap! Also, when checking out and putting my stuff in the car, a staff member came out and told me to settle up at the front desk. They didn't want to honor my Expedia transaction and asked me to pay for the two nights at a much higher rate.
