Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The heating/AC was very noisy, took long hours to work, and needed programming to 29 degrees in order to achieve about 22. Some pillows need replacing. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment.
