'Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war herausragend und der Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. In ca 20 Minuten erreicht man den Ortskern. Der Pool war etwas zu kalt. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel.'

'The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture.
Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all.
