The spacious and individual apartment "Clara" is located in the bright basement of a city villa in Bad Doberan. In the warm season, guests can also spend relaxing hours in the adjoining garden. The well-known Bäderbahn "Molli" drives from Bad Doberan into the Kühlungsborn and can be admired with the occasional passage from the windows of the apartment. The apartment has its own access.

The underfloor heating ensures a balanced indoor climate in the entire 110 m² apartment. The rooms are all very spacious and just the large living room with comfortable couch is suitable for relaxed louts. The bathroom is unspectacular but it does its job. In the garden are fruit trees, which can be served in autumn.

The town of Bad Doberan is located 15 km west of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, nestled in beautiful countryside, it is recognized as a spa and has with the 6 km distant Seeheilbad Heiligendamm its own seaside resort.
This and other beaches are by "Molli", by bike, by bus u. a. easy to reach.
In the immediate surroundings natural forests invite for hiking and cycling. In Bad Doberan are shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity.

The property is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest Molli stop is in the same street. The Bad Doberaner train station and ZOB are within walking distance.
