'A real gem of a hotel. Lovely spacious rooms off the beating track but so easy to walk to key venues, catch tram and train or taxi called for by wonderful reception. Staff so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a stay if visiting Rio…. I don’t think I would have been as adventurous if staying in the busy parts of town '

'Very close to the bus terminal Rio Novo, so good location if you need to take the bus. Otherwise I would recommend to stay closer to the city centre. The room was modern and clean with all facilities present. From the airport we split a taxi with another couple that had to go further than us. We bargained about the price and we end up paying the same price as if we would have taken the bus (30 real). '

'Fantastic stay! We had a beautiful room (junior suite which I highly recommend since it’s just a little bit more money over a standard room. Breakfast was great! Very much to choose from and everything was fresh. Egg station could make you any egg you wanted. Pool is on of the biggest in Rio. Enough loungers aswell. Very kind staff. Nothing is too much! Be aware that the neighbourhood is not the cleanest or most touristic one. But it is safe. You can take a taxi/ Uber to any place very easily....

'The location was perfect for the carnaval Less was; Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10. More people at the counter who speaks engish. Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.'
