Aparthotels in Back Mountain

'Be careful when booking a room here. Be sure to request a room on the "non highway" side of the hotel. We were on the 4th floor on the highway side (I81). All we heard all night were truck Jake breaks as they decreased speed preparing for the hill outside the hotel. Little to no sleep was had. As a Hilton Honors member, I was extremely disappointed, particularly when staff responded to the issue with, "Sorry to hear that"'

'Hotel was clean but was a little run down. They have a $50 room deposit that I found out about at check-in, I wasn't happy about that. They did refund it without a problem, but I would have liked to have known about the deposit upfront. I was told at the desk, no bikes aloud in the rooms, I brought my bike up anyway and it wasn't an issue. The area that the hotel is located is not great. The person who checked me in wasn't great, the staff in the morning was very nice.'

'My room was well appointed. The entire hotel, elevators included, was very clean My room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many things to do nearby. The pool was very nice.'
