« Fantastic hotel which has clearly had a lot of work done in recent times. I was greeted warmly by Ricky and checked in to Room 2, which was massive - and simply perfect for my (5 stone) greyhound, as he had space to move. The Royal Marine is one of 2 dog friendly hotels in the area, and as you can see, His Lordship was made ever so welcome and he slept like a log, as did I! « Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. « Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was well equiped with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. At midnight we couldn’t get to sleep in room 5 as a dog was constantly barking in the kennels at the Police office outside our room. Colin at reception immediately moved my wife and I to the opposite side of the hotel and all was well. Hotel was clean, warm and tidy and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning which there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly recommend it as it is...

« This hotel is cute, well located in downtown Helensburgh facing the Clyde. It's a "boutique" hotel so there's a lot of nice decoration items. The room itself is well decorated and there's even a vinyl record player with some vinyl discs. The bed in our double room was maybe a bit tiny but it's okay for 1 night. The front desk staff is nice. We had a reservation for the restaurant at 8:45pm but when we got there we were told that the kitchen closed at 8pm (it was Saturday night). Too bad, but...
