'We made a little mistake and didn't know this guesthouse has only shared bathrooms so that was a small problem. But the guy working here he tried to solve the problem as much as he could and he felt so sorry even though he didn't have to! They are all so friendly so if you don't mind having a shared bathroom, definitely stay here. The guesthouse is beautiful, clean and big. The location is just almost near the cable car so very well located. The dinner is delicious as well.'

'This is a beautiful, wonderful hotel with a historic touch. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very attentive. Got a chance to meet the owners who are wonderful people. The hotel itself is just a minute walking from anything shopping to restaurants, but away from the busy streets and noise. I’ve stayed in Ramallah before but nothing compares to this one and will be back again on my next trip to the area!'
