'Just staying a couple of nights in Exeter on a cycling trip. This was economical and convenient, about 15 minute walk into the centre. Room was typical student accommodation: compact, en suite toilet and shower, Wi-Fi/Tea Making/towels / no TV. Room was clean, check-in was easy with friendly helpful staff who also offered secure cycle storage. Breakfast was extra in the main dining hall. Everything was OK for me. '

'We would definitely recommend the Groveside. Hosts friendly and helpful. Everything was to a high standard...cleanliness, breakfast. 5 minute walk to the shops and sea-front. Free parking on site. Intimate garden with tables and chairs. Buses go to lots of local places including Exeter and Lyme Regis. Local pubthe Swan , good food and ambiance. If you can get to Topsham, there's a restaurant called The Galley which we would highly recommend. '
