'We very much enjoyed the house. It was a perfect location and a quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for a small family, and the pool was an added bonus. The host responded quickly and was extremely helpful.'

'The property was clean. The property owner provided all of the essentials that you would need during your stay. The hatteras realty never responded to us when we had an issue with the HVAC system keeping up on a 89 degree day. The house got to 84 degrees.'

For anyone looking at this listing you will see that the hot tub is an essential part of the property and heavily advertised. When going to the outer banks, this feature is essential when the ocean is often cold and rough. 'The house was super clean and very comfortable. We had a great view of the beach. The house came with so many things that made the stay very easy. Rodanthe is a great area with wonderful views and easy access to everything. The fenced dog area made it super easy for Ruby.
