Les hôtes Les et Shelly Thayn n’ont fait aucun effort pour nous trouver une solution. Nous avons donc dû chercher un autre logement.Abritel aurait dû vérifier que l’annonce soit explicite. Le même logement sur Airbnb précise clairement l’absence de draps et de couvertures. Pour nous, Abritel c’est terminé ! »

Everything was clean and well taken care of—the bathroom was clean and comfortable to use, and the shower was super easy to operate. « This was the second time staying at Hope Acres. I loved it the first time. The second time was not so smooth. There was a red fire alert and we were not notified. We were not able to use the bbq or the fire pit. I felt like the host should have let us know in advance. Also I tried to call the host because I was not notified of the specific camp grounds and I never received a call back. The garbage’s were full and the outhouse we were supposed to use was also gross and full. »
