'What a fantastic safari-like experience! The place was very tastefully done (think senior British officer's tent in 1800s) with all modern amenities (and wifi, if you dont want to unplug). Host Lauri was very communicative and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back when we have moree dayss.'

'I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. '

'Aimee has an adorable little cabin that's just out side Santa Cruz and Scott's Valley. Many things to do nearby while feeling like a forest get-away. The cabin was tidy and well kept. Aimee was a wonderful host. Looking forward to staying again. '

'As advertised and completely met our needs for a long weekend - loved the proximity to hiking and beaches, local eats and festivities in Topanga. The kitchenette on the deck was great for the weather (70s/low80s); owners were responsive with questions and directions were clearly laid out. Recommend takeout from Endless Color; road up to lodging is not paved but easily navigable/good condition. Definitely check out the trails surrounding the property! '

'We had great stay at the A Frame! Property was well stocked with everything you could want. Highlights included a beautiful view of Morro Rock while warming next to the fireplace. We enjoyed hikes at Buchon and Valencia Peak. Sandspit beach was cool and uncrowded. Also checked out several of the wineries in Paso.Local grocery store Ralphs is well stocked and enjoyed steaks on the grill while hot tubing and drinking some exceptional vino from Paso.Hosts were very responsive and helped us...

'My husband and I wanted to get away and found this gem. I’m picky about cleanliness and this place was IMMACULATE! We appreciated all of the attention to detail throughout. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking. Loved the hammock. And the nod to pulp fiction in the bedroom. Lexi is incredibly responsive and friendly and every detail was noted.
