As soon as you step inside, you`ll be captivated by the lively living room, where indoor plants add a vibrant touch, complementing the artful decor. Comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a couple bucket chairs center around a large smart TV and state-of-the-art sound system. Music lovers will delight in the guitar adorning the wall, adding an authentic Austin vibe to the space.



Adjacent to the living room, the dining area exudes charm, with built-in shelves filled with an array of bar glasses and quirky knick-knacks. A dining table for four invites intimate gatherings, while an additional four seats at the kitchen counter make room for lively breakfasts or casual conversations over coffee. Your culinary adventures await in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials plus a dishwasher and a pantry for all your food storage needs.



The adventure continues down the hallway, leading you to a spacious backyard: a private oasis featuring a deck, a fenced-in grassy area, a dining table, and plenty of shade for those sun-soaked Austin afternoons.



Inside, the primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation. A plush king bed, two dressers, room-darkening curtains, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ample closet space, a smart TV, and the luxury of hotel-quality linens guarantee a restful night`s sleep.



The remaining two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, wrapped in custom luxury hotel-quality linens, and ample closet space for your belongings. A fully stocked bathroom in the hallway, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, caters to the needs of all guests.

Guests have access to the entire home and the backyard. The garage is not included with this rental.

After booking you`ll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!



We don`t charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions).
