This home is partially wheelchair accessible, with no stairs from the driveway to the main floor featuring a bedroom with a walk-in shower, along with the main living areas, kitchen, and deck. However, access to the pool level involves steps.

Please Note - The bunk room contains two queen over-queen bunk beds, totaling four queen beds.

Guests must be 25 or older (unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian). Bachelor parties are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and no pets are allowed.
