Communication with the host was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The house was great for our large group of extended family in town for a wedding. Lots of comfortable beds for everyone. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were a great place to relax. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if back in Austin.

Ranch Austin Wedding

We picked this location as we have a large family and we were in town for a wedding at Ranch Austin. Luis the property manager was great to get a hold. Communication with the property manager and location was the best part of this rental. Upon arrival, I notice that the listing is not right on the site. It shows this beautiful back yard, and clean back porch, with a grill. The yard is big but need lots of work weeds are overgrown and everywhere, the back porch has different furniture on it and was dirty. You could tell that no one has cleaned up the back yard/porch area for a long time. Once you get inside at first look it seems great, the more I walk the property inside I noticed that it too did not look as clean as it should have. Kitchen wall has food/soda on it, the refrigerator has no handles and was dirty inside. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty both the plastic and fabric one, the shower head was so gross I had to have my husband buy something to clean it. The master bathroom floor was dirty, and it looked like they didn’t mop. The bedrooms needed wiped down, there was dust all of them. The wet bar area looked like there cleaning people emptied the mop bucket water into the sink, it had hair and dirt and debris in it. The mini fridge had leftover drinks and was completely useless with the way it was moldy and the freezer was iced over. The a/c was constantly auto adjusting and making it miserable to sleep. There was also a crack in the back door.

Great spot for a group!

This property is exactly as described. Luiz was great to work with and accommodated our early arrival. There was enough of everything for a large group. The pool was very nice and clean! It was about 25 mins to/from the airport (40 during rush hour) and 20 mins to downtown. Lyfts and Fetii were always available. Successful stay overall... thanks!

My friends and I booked this house for my birthday trip. It was worth every penny! The host is very friendly and helpful. The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. Will definitely be booking again!

The house was a huge blessing to us as our beach plans were washed away with Beryl. We loved the pool, hot tub and numerous bedrooms for our whole family. To no fault of our host, we never got WiFi because, according to the internet company, it was damaged by the hurricane. It did put a slight crimp in some of our activities but it made us play games and be together more. If I could recommend a few things, I would put some instructions to appliances, thermostat etc, as they can be confusing. Also there were limited towels especially in the kitchen, where there were none and wash cloths in the bathroom, also none! Lastly make a note on the listing that there a very few pool toys, so they can be brought with the guests and we don’t have to rush out and buy them. Mostly though we had a great time in the house and really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay in Austin - Highly Recommend

Luiz's place was perfect for our big group visiting from Canada. The spacious house comfortably accommodated all of us, with ample beds and a large living room and kitchen area. The backyard was a true oasis, with a gorgeous patio and pool that our group thoroughly enjoyed. Communication with Luiz was seamless, and he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. His helpfulness and attention to detail made the experience truly exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better setup for our group getaway. Luiz's hospitality and the property's amenities exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for large groups looking for a fantastic stay in Austin.

Great place to gather. Lots of room, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, beds are very comfortable. The outdoor area is beautiful with a great pool and hot tub and really nice view of the countryside. We would love to come back. The host is very accommodating and we enjoyed meeting him.

We rented the property for the eclipse. The house is great and has everything that we needed to entertain 8 adults and 3 children. It is located close to the Wildflower Farm and several parks. Highly recommend this location.

Great spot for a large group!

We had a group of 12 girls traveling for a fun Austin weekend and this was great house/location for it. The house is about a ~20 minute drive to downtown Austin and pool/backyard space was perfect for having a chill day! Luiz was very responsive to any questions from our group and highly recommend you get the eggs from their farm, they were great!

Thanksgiving with family

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! Our family of 7, our 8 month old granddaughter, and our dogs enjoyed every bit of the property. It is a beautiful home with lots of space and wonderful outdoor areas to play or just sit. Definitely recommend this location as it is close to Austin, but still feels like your in the country!

Perfect house for 12 girls!

We had a girls trip here with 12 ladies and had such a great time. Super easy check in, beautiful house with lots of space, gorgeous pool, and lots of bathroom space which was key with so many girls. We ended up spending most of our time at the rental house! Would definitely stay again. Plus the fresh eggs were a huge bonus!

Perfect wedding home base!

We were there for our son's wedding, the house was perfect for extended family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as feel cozy. We spent most of our time outdoors on the back patio that has ample seating for a full house. Communication with owner was great. Our cousins rented the house next door with same owner, creating even more opportunity for family fun! Definetly would recommend!
