Great House

Perfect house for 6 people attending UT graduation. Short drive down Mopac to campus (15-20 minutes). We enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was outstanding.

Thankful Thanksgiving Trip

Great location for our family Thanksgiving trip. Easy access to major roads to get us to and from where we were going that weekend. The house was well stocked and staged for our small group. The home was pet friendly and one reason we chose because we brought our two small fur babies with us. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet and great for walking the dogs daily. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Host and House

I would give this place 10 stars if could!! Amazing host, with great communication and very accommodating. The house was very clean, conveniently located, and in a great neighborhood. If you’re looking for a house close to downtown without the hustle and traffic this is the place for you! Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here when in the Austin area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Modern house

The house is everything as it was advertised. It was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The owner was very responsive. The neighborhood was in a quiet area. The location is 2.5 miles from our friend’s house which is why we picked it. It’s not close to downtown, so you’d have to drive or take a Lyft/Uber. Overall, the house was great!

Best Stay ever!

We stayed there for a girls weekend and a birthday celebration. Melli started the weekend off on a good note by hanging a Happy Birthday banner for my friend, what a sweet touch. We were approximately 25 minutes from downtown Austin and about 10 minutes from the Domain, so it was a great location. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. My friends and I loved the bedding as well and everyone slept well after long days in the city. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Austin Family Vacation Home!

My family of 4 (2 adults, a teen and a tween) just spent a wonderful week at this VRBO in Austin. It was centrally located for us while we were visiting multiple family members between Steiner Ranch and Leander. It also only took us about 20-25 minutes to get to downtown Austin. The home is beautifully renovated, modern, very clean, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The owners clearly take exceptional care of the property and had everything we could possibly need, and then some, to feel at home. The beds are large and comfortable and we all slept very well. We were there during a very warm week in July (avg temp around 100) but the home kept us all cool, especially at night. We’ve found our perfect VRBO while visiting Austin and don’t plan to staying anywhere else for future trips!

Fantastic Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. It’s a very well maintained, cute remodeled home and had everything we needed. The attention to detail like having shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome basket with snacks, added those extra touches. We would definitely recommend this property & stay here again!!

Nice weekend visit

Our group of 4 had an AMAZING stay! We had the opportunity to check in early, which was helpful as we were traveling with dogs. The house was very dog friendly and a great neighborhood to take the dogs for their daily walks! Also, the house was extremely clean and the AC worked awesome in the HOT summer temps! The fans kept the bedrooms extremely comfortable while sleeping. The best part of our stay was the mattresses!! I slept so great every night! Our hosts were amazing in leaving a couple of waters and snacks for us upon arrival and it was so great after our long day of driving! I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting this area. It’s close enough to a major highway and Walmart and grocery stores were very close for any additional shopping that was needed. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled property. The host's excellent communication ensured a seamless experience from start to finish. Great stay for a weekend in Austin

We had a great stay at Melli's property for a weekend exploring things in and around Austin. The property was clean, spatious, well furnished and modern, to our liking. Even our two little dogs loved it! Massive thanks to Melli who was able to accommodate a last-minute request! Definitely recommend this place! We'll be back!

Great North Austin Modern House

What a great property! We came down to Austin for a quick getaway. The house has recently been remodeled and wow did they do a nice job. We found the house to be very clean, well-stocked, and overall very relaxing. The location is in north Austin and only a few minutes from the Domain and about 25 minutes from the heart of downtown. The welcome basket was a nice touch for our 13-year-old who loves snacks. Cold beverages were ready for us in the refrigerator on our arrival. With any new property, we had a few questions when we arrived about the internet. The host was very prompt in responding. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Austin. Thanks!

Wonderful, clean, modern house

We stayed here with our two dogs, and could not have been happier. Fully fenced yard kept the pups secure.The house is located in a lovely residential neighborhood, which was nice for evening dog walks. Inside the house was clean, very comfortable (comfy beds!) and had everything we needed, including washer/dryer. Melli was a wonderful, communicative host, and we were even greeted with a welcome snack pack and sparkling waters when we arrived. Easily a 5 star rating. I look forward to staying here again one day!

Perfect holiday getaway!

This space was absolutely incredible! The Anderson Mill Haus was such a beautiful home getaway for us to relax & ring in 2023 while exploring the greater Austin area. Great kitchen for cooking and a spacious fenced back yard for fun games of fetch with our little puppy too. Melli & Stephen are the best hosts and captured every thoughtful detail which made our whole experience effortless. Thank you!

Awesome place!

This beautifully remodeled home is in a wonderful quiet neighbohood. Hosts were generous with resources and snacks and always responded very quick to questions. I hightly recommnend staying at this home for a night or a whole week!!
