The Space:

The South Lamar location offers a grounded, lived‑in feel that balances privacy, convenience, and easy connection to Austin’s best spots. Inside, wood floors tie the open‑concept living, dining, and kitchen areas together for a seamless flow.



Sleeping Arrangements

Two bedrooms each hold a queen‑size bed, providing restful nights for up to four guests. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living area adds flexible sleeping space, bringing the total capacity to six. Linens are supplied, and each bedroom includes storage for personal items.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms feature a bathtub or shower and come stocked with bathroom essentials, ready for use upon arrival.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen offers full appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for everyday cooking or longer stays. A dining table nearby creates a cozy spot for meals, whether you’re preparing food at home or enjoying takeout from the vibrant neighborhood.



Work & Connectivity

A dedicated workspace in a private room includes a door for focus, reliable wifi, and an ethernet connection, making remote work or study comfortable and productive.

The Neighborhood:

The South Lamar area is near SoCo (South Congress), downtown, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on South Lamar you'll find many cheap eateries, cool thrift stores, and Austin classic dive bars.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

This home is tucked nicely away but close to downtown, making it an ideal location if you are coming for a major business event or concert, like ACL, F1 or SXSW.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the first floor and does not require stairs.



This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
